Big ups to "Self.centered.Jerk.Hole" for putting me up on this album. I can best describe their sound as 60's R&B sounding vocals mixed with modern pop instrumentals making for a sound that is innovative yet comfortable. The fusion of both sounds makes for a great album from the first track to the last. It was easy for me to fall in love with Shingai Shoniwa's vocal style, a style that seems to be making a big come back in recent releases. But after a couple listens I began to truly appreciate the instrumental accompaniment of Dan Smith on guitar and Jamie Morrison on drums. Definitely get this.
