"I'm not going to do what everyone thinks i'm going to do.."

So, today I just found out I will not have a job in 6-8 months. Oh well, my friends have taken to their unemployment pretty good. Maybe, its time for me to enjoy the benefits of President Obama's tenure in office and collect that unemployment check. At the end of the day I'm not scared for myself, I'm ill at what I do and I'm confident in my abilities to find another job some where else. My concerns lie with the people I work with who are well into their 40's and 50's who have been doing the same thing for 20+ years with no where to go. Aside from my concerns for my near geriatric work mates, I worry that I will never find a work environment that allows me to get out at 4pm, work with cool people, and take naps in my car for lunch. I had it good here and I have one thing to say, "I'm not going to do what everyone thinks I'm to do, and flip out!"
